Eminem's Ex-Wife Kim Mathers Twin Sister Arrested

The twin sister of rapper Eminem's ex-wife is in police custody.

Kim Mathers has custody of her sister's 7 year-old son and filed a parental kidnapping complaint Tuesday with Detroit police.

Police say Mathers' sister's Lincoln Navigator was spotted at a gas station at Harper and Cadieux, where police approached the boy.

She fled from police, but was later caught when spotted by another officer, according to police. Mathers' sister is being held in Macomb County on probation violation charges.

The boy is now in the custody of his legal guardian, Kim Mathers.

"Rosie is somebody out of control who really just doesn't have it and she ought to be careful because I'll send one of my friends to pick up her girlfriend and I think it would be very easy," he said.

Ferrara said that because Lyonne successfully completed a court-ordered drug program and paid $2,000 restitution, he was sentencing her to a conditional discharge. Lyonne, 27, was charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and harassment in December 2004 after she entered a female neighbor's Gramercy Park apartment screaming and yelling, according to a misdemeanor complaint filed in court. Specifically the complaint said Lyonne banged on the female neighbor's door, entered the apartment, ripped a mirror off the wall, picked up the woman's pooch and said, "I'm going to sexually molest your dog."

I find a couple things strange about this story. First kinda strange thing is how turned on I am while thinking of Natasha Lyonne molesting a dog. More importantly than pooch molestation is the fact that someone, somehwere, in the heat of the moment, will use the phrase "I'm going to sexually molest your dog." Nicole Richie was arrested early Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence after motorists spotted her driving the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank, the CHP said.

She was booked at the California Highway Patrol's Glendale-Verdugo Hills Station on the single misdemeanor charge after her arrest at 1:45 a.m. She was taken to the Glendale city jail, then released at 7:17 a.m. after posting $15,000 bail.

Party-loving starlet Lindsay Lohan has been going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, her mother and publicist confirmed.

Dina Lohan said it was a “positive” step for the 20-year-old, who earlier this year was blasted by a movie boss for turning up late for work, or not at all.

Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, told People magazine last night: “She’s been attending some meetings and it’s going to be a slow process.

Dog The Bounty Hunter Waits for Court Action

Duane "Dog" Chapman is waiting to hear whether a Mexican federal court will set him free or order his pending extradition and criminal case to proceed.

The 53-year-old TV bounty hunter is charged under Mexican law with "deprivation of liberty" for his June 2003 capture of fugitive convicted rapist Andrew Luster, the Max Factor heir, in Puerto Vallarta.

"Inside, I'm dying," Chapman said in an interview with The Associated Press at his spacious ocean-view home. "On the outside, I'm a Hawaiian citizen."

His attorney, William Bollard, will present arguments starting Monday. Chapman will not attend the closed hearing in Guadalajara.

"We consider this a critical hearing because it could resolve the matter," Bollard said. "We're putting a lot of eggs in this basket because if we can cut it off at the path, the (criminal) trial never takes place."

Chapman was arrested Sept. 14 along with his son and another associate and is free on $300,000 bail. He has been aggressively fighting extradition.

"It's been the most nervous week by far in many years," he told the AP. "In Mexico, you're guilty until proven innocent. It's not like America. You must prove your innocence. That's their law. It's nothing bad or good. That's just their law."

Chapman faces up to four years in a Mexican jail if convicted.

"It's very ironic isn't it?" said his wife, Beth Chapman. "He may go to jail for catching a rapist. We're in trouble because we caught America's escaped prisoner."

Chapman's capture of Luster catapulted the Honolulu-based bounty hunter to fame and led to the A&E reality series "Dog the Bounty Hunter."

Luster jumped a $1 million bond and disappeared during his trial in California's Ventura County on charges that he drugged and raped three women. The disappearance set off a national and international manhunt by police, FBI and bounty hunters trying to recoup some of the bond money. Luster is now serving a 124-year prison term.

Chapman said he was never paid for Luster's capture.

Anna Nicole Smith Told to Leave Bahamas Home

A former boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith has obtained a court judgment ordering the reality TV star out of her oceanfront residence and he plans to seek her forcible eviction, his lawyer said Thursday.

But an attorney for Smith, Wayne Munroe, said he secured a temporary stay of the order and his client has no intention of leaving.

Emerick Knowles, the attorney for South Carolina businessman G. Ben Thompson, entered the default judgment on Tuesday after Smith missed a deadline to respond to a suit declaring his client the rightful owner of the gated mansion known as "Horizons."

Munroe appealed to the court, which scheduled a Feb. 19 hearing on whether the default judgment was filed irregularly, he said.
